Monthly Sunday workshop, suitable for Beginners and Refreshers is led by Jake Lyons and Matt Sparkes. The three hour class aims to re- invigorate your imagination, spontaneity and creativity. Through games, exercises and creative collaboration gain insights into the fun of Improv.

The workshops are co-led by Jake Lyons and Matt Sparkes. Jake has been teaching and performing Improv for 20 years, he is the founder of The London Improv Theatre. Matt is a professional improviser and Meisner Technique practioner. He has trained internationally and has performed with various groups, including The Descendants.
Jake and Matt perform together in the improv duo Me & Him.
They both have a passion for improv with emotional connection at its core.
